If you are not satisfied with your snack box for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

- Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days after approval.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your snack box arrives damaged or with defective items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will send a replacement box at no additional cost, or issue a full refund β your choice.
- No need to return the damaged items.
4. Wrong Order
If you received the wrong item or mix type, contact us and we’ll ship the correct order immediately at no extra charge.
